RISE Training course: Qualitative Research

The primary purpose of the Cross-Cultural Mentorship Network (CCMN) is to provide various forms of mentorship including traditional mentoring, independent mentoring, co-mentoring, peer mentoring, cross-racial mentoring, professional mentoring that allow Research Mentors (RMs), Research Fellows (RFs) and Research Assistants (RAs) who constitute the Research Teams (RTs) in the Caribbean Educational Research Initiative (CERI) to effectively design, implement, and disseminate research findings from various research projects in the Caribbean. A secondary goal of the network is to utilize various forms of mentorship to facilitate a culture of research-based decision-making among scholars and practitioners in the Eastern Caribbean (see Figure 1 for Cross-Cultural Mentorship Network).
